Chewy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the deeply chocolatey, bakery-style cookies you make when only chocolate will do. Cocoa powder in the dough gives them a fudgy, brownie-like base, while a generous handful of chocolate chips keeps every bite gooey.
